[tech4all] [help] how to block a web page from access?

hi friends,

I am a silent member of this groups. I want
to block a web page from access to others. I did it
with the help of norton internet security 2002, but
when I entered the web page it shows 'norton internet
security 2002' has blocked the web page. But when I
enter the web site, it should show " The page cannot
be displayed ".
Is there any software that will block the webpage
so that when I enter the web site it should show " The
page cannot be displayed ".

Please help me.
