[tech4all] Problem Related to Flow Transmitter

Hi, To all Techies,

I am working in Process Industries as an Instrumentation Engg.

We r here facing a problem...which is related to Flow Transmitter..

BACKGROUND:

there is 3 Flow Tx. A, B & C
installed for monitoring the air flow using ORIFICE PLATE...
All the three Tx. is installed for the same flow monitoring i.e. sensing element i.e ORIFICE plate is one...

Tx. are installed on the same impulse line tapping from the ORIFICE PALTE, with neccesary valve manifold.

Problem:

Indication of all the 3 should be same as expected but it is not showing so, there is allmost difference coming of 1000 kg/hr in indcation, in the span of 30,000 kg/hr.

All the transmitter are new and individually tested and calibrated, and there is no Question of Tx. Fault..

I request if any one in this group has come across such type of problem....come up with reply so that furthur discussion can be done ...
